Venus Sophia offers a very special, beautiful setting for all kinds of events. A relaxing, up-beat atmosphere and our caring service is bound to please your guests and make your special gathering a memorable one. We offer several menu styles for you to choose from, including afternoon tea service, and party platters.

Tea Parties

Family and friends who would like to celebrate a special event such as a birthday or bridal shower during our opening hours can do so. We have a lovely sitting room style lounge at the far end of the restaurant which will give you the comfort to celebrate together more intimately.

Maximum capacity: 15 people                                                                         Minimum charge: $10 per person ($7.50 for children over the age of 5 years). Includes tea service.

We offer a large selection of teas, coffees, pastry, appetizers, a kids menu and entrees to choose from. May we suggest our delicous party platters which are designed for special events, including an Afternoon Tea sandwich platter, Lovely Desserts presented on a two-tier tray, and our Tapas Sampler.

Private Events (during closing hours)

For all other events including Tea Parties, Birthday Parties, Bridal Showers, Private Dinners, Mixers, Workshops, and Club Meetings:

Minimum: 15 people   Maximum Capacity: 45 people    Price per person: $35

Booking Time: 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. (can be negotiated), Tuesday through Sunday

Menu: Menu for the event can be tailored to suit your needs, or you can choose from our pre-set selection. Please inquire.

Licensing for alcohol not possible at our venue. All prices subject to 12% Tax and 15% Gratuity.
