All our menus are lovingly tailored by us to offer healthy, hearty, wholesome, and creative Vegetarian food. There are many gluten free and Vegan options available through out the menu. Many of the ingredients we use are organic, including all legumes, grains, tofu, tempeh, Seitan, flour and salads. We do our best to source as many local products as possible for the menu we created, supporting other local businesses and helping our environment. We are proud to be making most of our tasty goodies in-house, in our humble kitchen. We bake our very own focaccia bread (also available from the catering menu), make soups, hummus, babaganoush, Seitan (Vegetarian Mock Meat), scones and cakes all from scratch – just to name a few.
