Sallie & Alain El Alaily

Whenever you visit the tea room you will be greeted by Sallie and Alain, working from behind the counter. Alain, 38, is a Swiss trained Chef, has a great passion for food, and years of experience with some very prominent restaurants in Europe. Sallie, 28, is passionate about service and tea, with a degree in Hospitality Management and experience with the prestigious Westin Turnberry Resort of Scotland. They both have a Bachelor of Business as well, helping them to run the cafe better. Together they take care of Venus Sophia as they do their home, and look forward to starting their own family in their new-found city, beautiful Victoria.
